Since 2003, the management team of Viveo, with a higher education in Innovative Activities in Health and Management, has been working to professionalise its sector of activity and its 3 main branches: help for seniors, childcare and housework (cleaning and ironing). From the outset, Viveo has optimised its relationship with its clients by individualising their relationship with their agency. In 2009: Viveo equips its customers with a unique extranet for monitoring online services in addition to complete paperless ordering process.
In 2021, Viveo updated its tools and launched its applications on the Apple and Google Stores.
The Viveo+: the Viveo extranet is open to families, family caregivers and also to medical and paramedical personnel.

Because we are going through a tough time when everything is moving very quickly, Viveo provides access to their customers and service recipients to view the details of their order online at any time.
As Viveo is available on PC, tablet or mobile, everyone can chose their preferrred medium. Our customers can find their schedule of future services and schedule new ones independently. They can also communicate directly with their agency or even find their invoices tax certificates in just one click.
The home care industry is constantly evolving: there are many regulatory constraints and complex regulations.
This is why Viveo got involved very early on in the professionalisation of its businesses, by being a founding member of FEDESAP (the Federation of Personal Services Companies) in 2007, then by creating its regional version in 2008. In parallel and to validate its work, Viveo entered the QUALISAP certification process, provided by Bureaux Veritas, and which validates full compliance with the specifications imposed by the legislator to work in the homes of our customers and especially that of dependent, elderly or people with a loss of autonomy.

At Viveo, the renewal rate of 93% of our customers is closely linked to our ability to keep to a minimum the turnover of our teams.
From the start of our history, we made the choice to pay all of our teams under CDI (Permanent Contract) . This decision, added to the implementation of working time modulation and ongoing training programs, has enabled our household assistants, life assistants and childcare assistants to stabilise their income.
